Train the Trainer

An enjoyable one day course designed to help those that train people at work to become better at what they do. The course uses practical examples, group discussions and activities that help the trainer to understand the importance of preparation and planning, good effective communication and empathy. It will help to build the trainers confidence and provides a structured approach to training staff.
