The Advanced Operational Excellence Leadership Programme is designed for experienced improvement professionals who want to take their leadership and coaching skills to the next level.
This intensive and practical programme supports participants to become more effective improvement leaders—able to coach others, develop internal capability, and sustain high levels of performance over time. It explores advanced concepts in lean thinking, behaviour change, systems leadership, and strategic alignment.
The programme is based on real-world application. Participants are expected to lead a significant improvement project during the programme and apply tools and techniques in their own business.
