Shingo Discover Workshop

Delivered through our affiliation with The Shingo Institute, the Shingo Discover Excellence workshop is a dynamic and immersive course designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of the world-renown Shingo Model for Operational Excellence.

Led by experienced facilitators, it provides a deep dive into the core concepts of the Shingo Model and includes practical ‘go and observe’ Gemba visits to apply the learning at leading host sites.

Named after Japanese industrial engineer Shigeo Shingo, the model is a framework focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement within manufacturing organisations.

It emphasises principles such as respect for every individual, relentless pursuit of perfection, and creating value for customers which inform ideal behaviour leading to ideal results.

The course is the gateway to other workshops in the Shingo series (Systems Design, Cultural Enablers, Continuous Improvement, Enterprise Alignment, and Build Excellence).
