Those who are aiming to progress with their own manufacturing CPD or personal leadership development will also benefit from the course.
How is the course structured?
Participants will spend one day per week at the Manufacturers Network training facility over a 9-week period.
One of these days is spent off-site with an exemplary factory visit, which offers a unique opportunity to observe and experience manufacturing best practices and excellence firsthand.
The training is engaging, practical, and hands-on, giving you the tools, techniques, and confidence to manage and lead your operation effectively.
The programme is structured to provide opportunities for meaningful discussion and reflection on what management and leadership mean to the participants. It includes built-in exercises and breakout groups, providing ample opportunity for knowledge sharing and idea generation with fellow learners.
Each participant will need an appointed mentor from their organisation to support this training.
